Snowblind has just been released world-wide on the internet, available for free through partners like YouTube, RapidShare and WasabiTV.com.au."The Post-Apocalyptic Spaghetti Western" was shot by a posse of German movie enthusiasts who were united by their strong love for 70s and 80s grindhouse cinema. With their daring concept of "cowboys with motorbikes" they were able to draw a lot of professionals to both sides of the camera.
A cast of fresh talents from the US, the UK, Australia, Ireland and even South Africa make the film truly stand out. And Wim Wenders, one of Germany' most renowned directors, crowns the film with one of his very rare guest appearances as an actor.
Snowblind was produced entirely on private funds, and used the help of the online community wreckamovie.com, which was funded by the makers of internet phenomenon Star Wreck.
