Downey Jr. in Talks for Cuaron's Gravity

Robert Downey Jr. is in negotiations to star in director Alfonso Cuaron's Gravity, a 3D space film at Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures.

Deadline New York says that Downey Jr. "will play the leader of a team posted at a remote space station. While he and a female colleague are traveling outside the space station, the other team members are decimated by debris from an exploded satellite." Cuaron wrote the script with his son, Jonas.
